Pick up was 8am online, Dolly I rented was not in truck and facility did not open until 10. I called and was told has to wait for facility to Ken to get. This put me 2 hours behind schedule and didn't get my complete job done. I have to rent another one tomorrow to finish emptying my unit . No discount offered and transferred around when I called.

Was a pretty smooth operation. Fee structure is a bit much. Paid over $80 for a truck that had a huge $19,95 sign in it. Deceiving marketing, of course.

Aidan POverall, we had a good rental experience. I do have one suggestion to make the pick-up of the vehicle go smoother. Sometime before the customer is to pick up the vehicle the employee should be sure the customer can access the vehicle. After we arrived, the employee was unable to open the padlock on the back of the truck to access the key to the truck. She spent about a half hour trying to get the padlock open, making a few telephone calls and going out in the pouring rain to work on it. She was ultimately successful and we were eventually able to drive away. I don't recall her name but I highly commend her positive attitude and professional manner for what had to be a very trying experience for her.

Robert LThis local site was exceptionally good. The cargo van I rented had less than 2 000 miles on it, and was spotless. However, U-Haul's national reservation service was horrible, screwing up my reservation times and promising vans and accessories that were not available. Fortunately, the local site staff were extremely accommodating.

The staff from uhaul 1-800 number i called to book with was not helpful and they neglected to tell me i had to check in through an online app that i needed to download, Hate how companies are making customers do there work for them so they don't need employees and they can book there profit margin, as a customer i pay for customer service i shouldn't have to inspect there vehicle and send pictures through and app and do there job for them especially with the prices they charge.

Bob GWas sent on a scavenger hunt picking up and dropping off the key, which lead to me sitting on the phone on HOLD with uhaul for over 20 minutes THREE TIMES. Nothing about this was easy or convenient. Wasted an over an hour first trying to pick it up, which made me late for my move out deadline, so now i'm being charged. Staff was rude to me on the phone, then another hour to drop it off. all around just a horrible experience.
