It was impossible to find the location as it's in the back of a busy garage/gas station with no signage. I had bought 10 moving blankets as we were moving over 70 works of art out of storage and to a gallery about 20 mins away. When we arrived, manager said there were NO blankets. He was rude and hassled, asked if I was "local" - I said I lived in Venice Beach, about 2 hr drive south. He then turned to my friend (who has a "local" address) and asked if he could vouch for me! The van was filthy, though it did the job. I'll never rent a moving van from this location again.

CAREY PWifi at this location is incredibly slow. My connection timed out multiple times causing the pick up to take much longer than necessary and the shop owner was lurking around asking if I needed help and I told him what the issue was and he looked at me like I was just a dumb woman who didn't know what she was doing. I finally told him if ge kept interrupting me it was going to take me longer. Was not a comfortable situation. I also noticed the parking lot seems to be utilized for people living in their vehicles at night which makes it feel like a sketchy place to be.

CAREY PNo parking at this location, busy street, had to move van on my own, then repark my car in van space; when returning i had to park at chevron location across the street, move my car to chevron, so I could unload leftover items into my car; then return van and walk back to my own car; need at least two spots for uhaul customers; car wash and repair took up most of the space, too busy find better retailers
Janice WWe rented van $19,95 a day and afterword they charged us $89 a day. We are asking for a review and adjustment to correct the extra 70 dollar a day unexpected charge. We filled the car and everything else looks ok. We are expecting and expected 20 a day rental and 39 a mile. Thank you 805 618 4462

RONALD PRisdon's 76 station is a perfect place to pick up a Uhaul truck or trailer. Lots of very experienced and sharp staff to help with questions or needs. Great location right next to freeway on and off ramp. Overall a great experience.

DONALD RImprove the stability and performance of your app and web site. I was not able to complete mobile check-in due to your IT issues. The U-Haul Location also had trouble logging in and completing my contract online for the same reason.
