The rite way location is just a convenience store. If you need additional items for your move you can't get them there. Had another truck not been there I would not have known it was a U-Haul drop off. The guy was fine. Not really helpful just very bland. The location was super convenient for us though which I appreciate.

I turned the equipment in early to the clerk, who barely spoke English. I was telephoned the following day by Uhaul and accused of never returning the truck. When I noted I could provide a picture of the truck timestamped at the return location, I was hastily told it was fine and Id be emailed a receipt. When the receipt came I was charged $35 for gas for a 27 mile trip. The truck was on half empty when I picked it up, I wasnt about to full it up to cost myself more money by giving this terrible company free gas. Horrible location, poor customer service, would not recommend or ever use again.

This facility was a gas station. Had an elderly gentleman running the gas station. Had to call someone else to do the paperwork. No one was there to hook the trailer up. The station attendant had to ask a customer to assist in hooking the trailer up. I had to hook up the lights and the chains. Thankfully I will never have to pick up another U-Haul trailer from there again.

They gave me truck with poor condition and doesn't have fuel lid on it. When i called customer care about fuel lid they send me to different locations and it wasted me one day. I went to 3 locations,in first location the owner was rude on call when i said uhaul refered me this location for collecting fuel cap. Last location owner was nice and help us.

Individual should be responsible for trailer at drop off, no room to park. While we at the location, waiting for our cab to come pick us up, individual "stalked" around us outside after truck and trailer turn in.

Your network of dealers are not consistent in their delivery of services. You have an online system that we frequently use for convenience and in many cases picking up a trailer or truck is an ordeal. Sometimes they even have to re-enter our information after we have filled out all th information online. We rented the same 15 foot truck two days in a row and they did not check mileage or gas writing the numbers on a napkin. This resulted in over charging mileage which we are trying to fix this week. This is 2022 and every dealer at a.minimum should have an IPAD, laptop.or PC with a reliable internet connection to service their clients. Good corporations have processes and procedures that all dealers should adhere to guarantee quick and accurate sales along with ensuring no matter where a customer goes they have the same experience. This is not isolated to just this store it is systematic issue with how Uhaul interacts with thier vendors and ultimatley their clients. We are a small business ourselves and if we ran it this way, we would be out of business. Thank you for.prompt attention to these issues.

The mobile was messy. Needs streamlining, like give a list of pictures you need. I had to go back and forth to take pictures.

This location did very well. However, the location at 11240 Cumming Hwy, Canton, GA was REALLY BAD!! Reserved a truck about 12 days in advance, then called 5 days ahead to confirm reservation and was told all was well. But when I showed up to pick up the truck I was told that I did not have the truck reserved, but someone else did. That is how I rented from the Ballground location. Had people waiting to help with a move, but had to find a truck, and the one I found was actually too small. Not a good experience at Canton location, but good at Ball Ground. Merci.

Much better than the service we received at the Keith Bridge Location, where Kyle did not do or help in any way. This gentleman got an extension of the wire so that the cable would be long enough to light up our hitch from our van, took a picture to make sure the connections were all correct, and was very polite. Will do anything rather than use the Keith Bridge location again.

The Bath room was out of order, she could not speak good English and had to wait on him to come back, We pre ordered blankets and needed straps. they had nothing a Real Joke I guess yall will let any one be a dealer I have used UHAUL FOR YEARS It was a bad moving experance at least the truck was clean.

Make the trailers easier to load and unload with a crank Jack for loading and unloading from the hitch.

The truck was not available on time, it was being used by a neighbor to haul hay. The truck was full of hay, both in the box and the cab.

Friendly and helpful. Location was good for us. It was a gas station but that was all we needed to drop off the rental.

This gentleman was not as happy as the one in Griffin but we all have bad days. He did his job and we left. It was ok.

Trucks air conditioner did not work and it was very dirty and grimmy in cab. Windshield covered with bugs.

Owner was not present for check-in which made me a bit nervous; the attendant told me it would be done when the owner arrived.. True to his word, check in was accomplished later, so all is well.

Family run gas station with nice people. I had a little problem with U-haul saying I was being upgraded for free but forgot to tell the gas station. The son of the family business took care of it in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Would highly recommend. Good customer service is hard to find and these people were great.

Perhaps some WD-40 on the ball locking mechanism each time prior to going out.

Rental was scheduled for 7:00 am. No one was at the location until almost 8:00.

Nothing, was glad even though the internet was down to do the rental contract, the mgr. called his mgr. and we did over phone, GOOD !, Thank you, I did not have time to waste, car was broke down and had to get moved to a repair shop.
