It's just a simple lot with U-Hauls parked. The gate was open and easy to access to retrieve the truck. U-Haul representative were in constant communication and helpful via text message during the whole pick-up process.

Very grateful for the help of the lady, she guided me very well. Merci
RENE DNobody was on site when I arrived during regular working hours, after I called the phone number on Google Maps a woman told me that someone was going to assist me in 5 min. Later a very young girl without any U-Haul uniform showed up and received the Truck and told me to park it in a place where a big dog was chained, I told her I was no going to do that. Very dissatisfied with this place.

JANET SThey had the truck at a different location than what was online. It was farther than the address that I scheduled with, and I had already locked in and had no choice. They told me at the last minute that the truck was somewhere else and I ended up having to pay for that mileage and gas, I also had to pay Moore for an Uber to go farther because the first Uber took me to the address advertise and then they told me afterwards the truck wasn't there and I had to Uber even farther horrible experience
Mosaide DI loved the drop off. It was quick and easy. I returned it through the U-Haul app and the lady that was there was super helpful with telling me where to park it.
Arianelys RNo one was there to setup/attach the trailer. after a return call from a lady and indicated that i to attach the trailer by myself that was easy and not difficult. A neighbor shows up 20 minutes later and saw me having difficulty to move the trailer into position and help to attach it. the date before I returned the trailer, no one was there again. I called the number on the contract and never got a call back. I detached the trailer and left. The same neighbor saw me and we said good bye.
