The drop off location was at a quaint general store (Hometown General Store in Star Lake, NY), staffed with friendly personnel and the proprietor was a lovely lady named Tina. Check in was quick and easy -- what more could we ask for? It made the entire experience of renting from UHaul a pleasure, and we would highly recommend anyone needing to rent a truck to check out UHaul. We rented the 15' -- it was a fairly new truck so there were no concerns for breakdown. It was handy to have a pull-out ramp, and we appreciated the 3 day turnaround time to arrive at our destination, unloading, and returning within the time frame allotted. If we had to include any suggestions it would be for the radio to have USB capacity. Overall, very happy it was a good experience from start to finish!

GEORGE AThey never let me know that they would be closed the day I went to pick up even though the reservation was confirmed forcing me to drive to another location more than 1/2 hour away and delaying my moving plans which were on a huge time crunch that was made only worse with this happening. It could have been fixed days in advance with a simple communication so I could work with another location instead.
