GEOFFREY BThe only issue I had with the truck is that your cup holders are trash. Spilled 3 different drinks (which I cleaned the mess up on each incident) Couldn't even hold a Monster drink without collapsing and spilling the drink.
ROBERT DThe equipment wasnt ready for pickup because the admin didn’t want to go out in the rain, so I lost almost a whole hour on my reservation with no compensation.
EZRA COur truck leaked all over our things and we received zero compensation. We have rented several Uhauls in the past and have never been more dissatisfied. We will be looking for a new truck rental going forward. HORRIBLE customer service and claims service. We only wanted the rental somewhat compensated NOT the entire fee not even the dry cleaning…. JUST THE TRUCK RENTAL…. Absolutely disappointing experience
Jason DNot a fan of the door style on the trailer I got. The roll up door caused some problems when my items shifted and pinned the door shut making it really hard to open up.

JASON VThey didn't secure the trailer to the ball on my hitch. It popped off when I hit a bump on 465 going 55mph. Could have killed me, or someone else. My car is not running correctly now. I'm speaking with an attorney. Terrible, scary experience

JAMES MGood service, but I was charged 21 extra dollars for gas when I had slightly more in it than when I rented it. It said 55 miles until empty when I got it, but I left it saying 78 miles until empty. I do not feel like I should have been charged extra!!!
Lisa JI had a reservation for 9:00 am. Staff did not arrive at the location until 9:30. Once staff arrived, they were unfriendly and after I had completed my paperwork, I had to go back into the office to request assistance hooking up the trailer. I rented a 6x12 foot trailer, these are very heavy. I would have thought that the staff would have automatically been willing to assist and ensure the trailer was hooked up correctly. Additionally, the plug for the trailer lights was laying on the ground in the snow and ice. It was about 5 degrees outside, and I had to stand there in the cold and blow on the light plug to thaw it out in order to be able to use the trailer lights. At this point the individual from the location had already gone back inside, as the extent of his assistance was getting the tongue of the trailer on the ball, then he left, and I was left to hook up the rest of the trailer myself, including thawing out the light plug that should have been kept out of the snow. I attempted to call this location when they were not open for my pickup, they did not answer the phone. I called the national U-Haul number, they tried to contact them as well, the local location did not answer for them either. If you are on a schedule, need any assistance, etc. consider a different location.
RYAN RWe were there at 9am to get truck. I did mobile pick up so it would be easy to grab and go. Have used the process in Iowa. But this time you had to go in the office to get key. Well there was no one in the office. After few calls to U-Haul the guy shows up 45 minutes late. Very frustrated because we are the schedule which made us 45 minutes late. Not happy.

DANIEL TThe first truck they gave me had an engine light on. So I returned it before leaving the parking lot. There were only two large trucks at the time. The second truck had a wheel alignment was off. The truck pulled to the Right the entire 6 hours of the move, and during windy situations on the road, it felt like, we were going to run off the road several times. I did not feel safe.

Virginia CDropped off a trailer here on a Sunday afternoon. There was plenty of space to pull in and turn around. Since it was an after-hours drop off, I didn't go into the building or interact with anyone. The lot where I dropped off the trailer was clean. The building was nothing special on the outside, but it's a towing company so that tracks. Grateful for a nearby 24-hour drop off location after 2 days of towing the trailer.
Michael LDidn't like that they were going to charge me $9 for gas when we filled it up above what we received it! Maybe beware!...

Tara BSelf guided return process was equally frustrating. You take all the pictures, upload them, then just wait…and wait….and wait. You start to question if you've done something wrong or if it isn't working so you try again. The location also only had one parking spot left. Not sure I'll rent with U-Haul again, but definitely not doing the self guided crap because their technology is crap.
Michael CNot sure why I was charged 25 for cleaning. Since the location was not staffed during the drop off hours on Sunday, not sure I can defend that the vehicle was clean. I did kick a few leaves out of the back and removed a coat hangar that was left back there before I left.

Thomas RWhen I went to pickup equipment after being redirected to this location because my original location did not have car dolley, the new car dolley had an electrical problem and I had to come back several hours later to pickup the rental causing me to be 5 hours behind.
BRIAN DCOMMUNICATION...The site closed at 12 even though our reservation was to pick up at 1 pm. No one informed us of that! I did NOT want to check out through the app. There was no one on-site to help us. When we called the number listed at the location the woman was not able to help us with the app to check out the truck and just said we close early on Fridays. The app was not working it took us 2 hours and several phone calls and representatives to finally check out the truck by then we had movers waiting for us. Do not send vital information through email that people don't check every day 15 minutes before a pickup when all other communication has been through text. I will strongly consider using another company next time!

Roy CMake sure if a customer has an appt to pick up equipment that someone is there to give them the keys. And don't ask if extras are needed (dolly, covers, etc) if they aren't available at that location.

Makr RI was not asked how many miles nor told there would be 0,99 extra for each mile over what Uhaul estimated. Because of the poor road conditions in front of the store I had to go out of my way to get to where I was loading. The return store is about 5 miles from my home so was about 6 miles over the allotted miles.. I had filled the truck with more gas than i used but still had to pay for the extra $6 for miles. The contract print is so small and I did not see that it was only giving me the miles between stores and not the actual miles for the whole trip and return to the store

There were mechanics working there, but they did not speak english and said they were not able to help and the owner wouldn't be in that day at all. We had to wait for over 45 minutes for a regional person to show up and get us the keys.

Jeffrey MWell for starters get people who speak English! Also online the truck rental said $39.95. I got charged $146! They said rental was $102 and the fuel wasn't returned at where it was before I used it! This is a lie but I did not take a picture of it so don't have proof! Plus they charged me for 50 miles when I only used 32.. Very poor service and never again will I go to this location
