Rob saved the day for us. UHAUL App sucks. We originally reserved for Rob's location and reservation was transferred to another location 10 miles away. Rob was helpful to give us what was returned that morning, his last truck. UHAUL, HAS TO INFORM CUSTOMERS OF CHANGES IN ADVANCE, not when we are picking up.

Victor MMade a reservation online before picking up Uhaul. I declined coverage. The person helping me, sneakingly added $15 coverage and printed the rental agreement. I signed, thinking it was the same agreement as I made online, since I already choose what I want and don't want in the rental. Unprofessional behavior.

Overall felt like an old dirty truck inside and even though I correctly filled out the estimate, final price came out to $60 more. Cherry on top is having to go into the place with Trump memorabilia all over the wall. Would not recommend.

Ed FUhaul should do a better job of honoring reservations. I reserved a truck in person at a facility 4 miles from my home a week before I needed it. The truck was physically on the lot at that time. I received a call from Uhaul dispatch center less than 24 hours before my pick-up time informing me that the truck was no longer available and that I had to travel 20 miles one-way to get a truck. That's 80 miles in traffic just to pick up and drop off. What a waste of time and cost.
