BYRGEN FTire pressure monitoring system indicator said it needs servicing. No physical issue, but some renters might find it disturbing- I did not. Not fault of location/store.

JEFFREY RI had rented from another location the weekend before-easy, clear, and the information fight change on me. This location was not smooth from the beginning. I had a second call about my rental that contradicted what I originally asked for. I asked for a four hour rental. When I am reviewing my receipt, I am realizing that I was charged for a full day, not 4 hours. I returned the keys to the truck a few minutes after the four hours (10:59-3:09) and was charged about $50 more dollars than estimated. I had stood in line for a few minutes waiting to return the trick. And, it took quite awhile to get the truck when I had arrived. This seems really crazy to me, especially when that was not true of the other location. If there will be essentially a $50 penalty for a few minutes past 4hrs, this should be stated up front or very clearly. It was not. I would not go back to this location locally again when the other location for U-Haul just up the road was much easier and more pleasant to work with I will be calling in with a complaint.
LEAH JI rent a UHaul truck or van from this location several times a year, they are always great with service, courteous, and helpful. The one thing I noticed since 2024 is that the mileage rate sored from $.49/$.79 rates to $1,09/$1,49 per mile and this is quite the extreme jump when renting!

TAMMIE CMy reservation was made prior to the date of need. The associate had to clear the snow off after I had arrived for the truck. This inconvenience could have been avoided. Otherwise, it was a quick and easy process to check out upon my return.
CYNTHIA LThe 10 foot truck is ideal. Big enough to fit beds, tables, recliner chairs, etc., yet pretty easy to drive, and back into tight locations. My only complaint is the $1,09 per mile charge. Seems excessive.

William PThe windshield had a small crack from a stone. That was not identified on acceptance text. Also the passenger side windshield wiper was cable tied to the wiper arm. Luckily it did not rain. This could have been a safety concern and identified at the pick up spot. I returned the truck 24 hours soon then contracted and I get no credit? Why? But you charge if you are a day late. That seems shady and poor business etiquette. Not a happy customer!

GREGORY SI got the wrong truck or truck key so even thought the truck I got started with the key and I was able to drive to my location to load the truck I had to wait for a guy to com route at 1130 at night to cut and make me a key. But the guys at the counter at the location were very nice.

cynthia lI arrived at 7:57am, just as they were unlocking the doors at Robinson's Hardware on New Scotland. A helpful young man told me to meet him out back and he'd take care of me. By 8:05 I was on my way. When I returned later in the afternoon, the same young man trusted me when I told him the mileage on the truck (which, as it turned out was only one mile off from my estimate of 25 miles driven). He took the keys, told me I was all set, and I was on my way. The whole process could not have been any easier. Thank you U-Haul and thank you to helpful guy at Robinson's. My entire move went very smoothly from start to finish.
