Quick, friendly and efficient pick up service. Truck was ready at the time reserved, was clean and low mileage. Easy access to highway and gas station nearby.

NILSCHRISTIAN KThe Dealer took advantage of me. All I needed was a box truck which had an advertisement printed on the side at a cost of less than 20 dollars to rent. I was picking up a Troy-built lawn mower tractor that was brand new and had no gas in it yet, but the representative forced me to also rent a trailer from them to pick up this tractor and deliver it to my home. They claimed that it was too dangerous to put it into the box truck because of the gas. But this tractor was new and did not have any gas in it. In fact, when we picked it up, we had to push it up onto the trailer since it did not have any gas in it. Gas was put into it when we got it to my home. I will also mention that the pickup and delivery were 'Local' and within 20 miles from the rental place. The total time it took to pick up the truck and trailer, pick up the tractor, deliver it to my home, and then return the truck and trailer to the rental place was about 2 hours. For this, I was charged $140.00......I WILL NEVER USE A UHAUL RENTAL TRUCK AGAIN! Thank You. Andrew Marcik

The process of picking up the truck via cellphone (because the location is closed on Saturdays) was hard and frustrating and took an hour and 15 minutes out of my scheduled moving time. To add to the time crunch, I received a text partway through the move that my truck was due back at the pickup location an hour earlier than was scheduled. U Haul can do better; much better.

Mark Mtried to pickup truck via mobile app. Refused to recognize my pin location. Fortunately, the facility owner was on the premises (it was Sunday 8 AM) and helped me get truck. Otherwise, I would have lost a day and would have had to of had to get truck Monday when the facility would open)

John BWe arrived when it was dark and couldn't see what the place really looked like. I would recommend for the name of the place to also be next to the key drop off box because we were not sure if we were at the correct location at first. This was due to the GPS directions. It told us the place was about 200 feet further down. We really appreciated the help we received.
Edward LUhaul needs better follow through. I made my reservation online, and then final bill had no relation to the terms I set up in the online from. I am still waiting on a response to the changes that need to happen to my bill.

Desiree WContinue just as you are. It was a courteous and easy rental and return. Roches Garage was very good and polite and would use them again should the need arise.
frank rMake the online process easier. It was a pain in the neck and took me an hour and a half to finally get the keys out of the lock box . This is especially worse when living in an area with poor cell service. Your phone help was nonexistent

ION CMr Roche failed to set up the 24 hour pick up. This added to a cascade of terrible trials that I endured in order to rent this truck. I had to make two trips to Callicoon instead of one.
