Overall no issues, quick service for checkout and return. Only concern is check engine light on vehicle was illuminated.

JERRY WThe engine light was on the entire time! I was anxious the whole time if I would break down, but I didn't have a choice to change trucks because there were no other trucks present. The guys at this facility didn't give a crap weather I was ok or not ( an elderly female). They just wanted to go home. Also, the truck had less than 1/8th of a tank I could not even drive home and begin an across town trip because it was on empty! This place was ridiculous! Full the tank for a customer. I shouldn't have to take two trips to the gas station. It was awful. Some Uhals are good and do a great job. Others are terrible and don't give a crap about the business. This was a piece of crap U-Haul office!
KRISTINE BI go to this location because I can order a truck and I know they will have one ready for me. Checking out and returning are easy and I have no issues with the trucks. Another location nearby gave me a truck with the back locked and that was a big waste of time and money.

FAATIH LThe price on the website it said that the rental would be $85. But it was actually $185.
DEANNA JThe truck was raggedy! The handle to roll down the passenger window was broken off and kept falling off. The doors didn't close all the way. No matter how hard you closed the doors it kept saying the doors are open. Gas gage is broken.

KANDIE KLocation was good, service was fast. Only complaint is the guy helping hook the trailer. He had a serious attitude. He was pissed and cussed and yelled at me for not pulling in the right way. I chewed him out for his bad attitude.

PETER SI have never been to a U-Haul and my husband and I are in our 70s and have used U-Haul a lot and had such wonderful service. They even pulled the truck out for you. This is a wonderful business. Not to mention there was another business that didn't even open up on time so we were referred here And will use it from here on out thank you U-Haul Route 66

I would not recommend this location after driving a considerable distance and then to be treated with an insultive and condescending manner. Find a better place to drop off the vehicle unless you enjoy this type of inconsiderate treatment.

Wallace TI had the best experience with them. Rich and Efren went out of their way to accommodate my need for a larger truck. I would highly recommend Route 66 to anyone needing a moving truck.
ROGENE CThe truck didn't have AC and it was over 100 degrees. When I mentioned it to them upon returning they said, oh, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't". Doesn't seem like I should pay full price if they knew it was faulty.
DIANA SI don't expect a UHaul yard to be "inviting". Both were fine (pickup & return yards).
ROLAND GIt was very difficult to lift the "door" in the back of the truck. I attempted to open/lift it several time before it would open all the way.

cathy xGreat place, great management, the truck it self had a couple of issues. It ran great but it needed oil, air in the tires. These trucks should definitely in top working condition when renting them out.

Amaya GThe guy at the pick up location was rude. The main guy at the desk was nice but the one who gave me the trailer was rude. I asked if he was the one who would help me because I was told to wait outside and he said "well yeah". The guy inside didn't tell me anything about who is going to help me or if he was going to be there so I was confused and didn't need any attitude. Then I asked which trailer is mine and he said I don't know get any of those. How am I supposed to know which one is my reservation versus one that is reserved for others or in need of service. Then i asked where to park and he said just in front of the port transport trailer (he still had not decided which trailer I was taking). So then I parked in front of the trailer in the direction of the arrow facing how traffic flow goes. Then he said I was wrong and that I should come in opposite the flow of traffic to hook up. He should have let me know that when I asked him where to park. I would not suggest that Auto Repair shop to pick up a trailer but unfortunately it was the only one closest to me. Last thing, I asked if the trailer was inspected and good to go and he said yes but once I left and picked up the car that needed towing with the auto transport, one of the wheels were bent from the axel and one tire was very low on air pressure and 2 were overfilled from the maximum pressure marked on the tire. So make sure to check tire pressure and take pictures before leaving rental place in case you run into issue when you are fully loaded. Bad first time pick up experience at that auto shop.
