customer service was great! location is convenient in a growing neighborhood;; efficient, adequately priced with well maintained trucks. I would highly recommend as I'm sure I will be utilizing this location and service again. Glad to have U-haul here and near as a great resource and connection to the community as a whole. The location I had requested was 3,5 miles closer to my home/needed location so the extra drive pushed me a couple of miles over my 30 miles limit. But the place was friendly and fine.

Very dark at night, bad cell service. Returned Sunday night no personal there. Didn't expect anyone to be there.

Because there are several other businesses listed at this address, it's easy to miss the turn into the U-Haul area. There's one tiny sign with "Uhaul" and an arrow pointing down a pot-hole filled, poorly-lit, tightly-packed parking lot on the sketchy side of town. As a young single female, I do not feel safe here and would not recommend dropping your trailer off in the darkness like I did. In fairness, I will say there is a ton of availability and types of rentals here.

This location was great! However, the initial location we chose was 515 Ashe Raleigh, NC because it was listed as an available location on the U-Haul website. However, when we got to the 515 Ashe location, we were informed by the representative that they are no longer an authorized U-Haul dealer and they sent us to another location (I can't remember the address of the second location) but when we got to the 2nd location recommended they were also no longer an authorized U-Haul dealer so they sent us to the 3rd location which is the location listed above (1109 Cross Link Rd Unit B Raleigh, NC) and that location was finally able to get us handled. The U-Haul website needs to be better maintained so that locations that are no longer an actual option are removed from the website so as not to be offer as an option and create all the chaos that it did for us running to 3 different locations until we were finally able to get our rental truck.

Location was inconvenient to drive into and park. It was dirty, musty, and they over charged me. I said I DID NOT want insurance coverage or anything and they still charged me for it. I would like that reimbursed
