1. Really need a sign at the location that indicates the office door. 2. The UHaul site is absolutely horrible to navigate. 3. Really need to do something about the quick pickup. It's anything but quick. I love the ability to pickup after hours, but it was pitch black at 9 pm and the foolish site wants me to take photos of the truck. I couldn't figure out how to get the code to the lockbox. I didn't know to click on the picture of the truck. Perhaps just a simple tab that says pickup? The location is convenient and the lady there was great!

MANUEL PVery uncomfortable situation to talk into. Office wasn't in a professional or business environment as every other rental office I've been to. I was redirected to the house next to the garage where"the lady inside" handled rentals. She walked me through her dark home to the back room that's covered partially to an office. Other renters arrived and when they were let in had to line up through her home. One person I spoke with agreed it was weird. Deeply uncomfortable situation to be in. Rang the doorbell when I returned and no answer. So I wandered through the garage outback to find an office back there where she was sitting. Didn't say anything about it as I just wanted to get out of there. Also didn't like having to leave my truck there (in her front lawn) while I took the rental over night for early morning use. I'll be sure to never use this location again and have already shared the info with my coworkers.

JEAN BThe location is at someone's house. It's incredibly awkward to be sitting in their driveway for over 25 minutes setting up the mobile pick up. The van was not clean. The cup holders were sticky, there was white crumbs all on the seats, it had an odor of stale cigarettes. Having the UHaul at someone's house definitely does not keep up with regular UHaul expectations. I've used UHaul many times and I've never experienced a car so dirty and in such a displeasing location. I'm thankful I wasn't alone picking the car up. I certainly would not reccomend for a young woman to go there alone.

Robert GI reserved a location in Brockton in advance in My town and the last minute I was sent to this other location. It was far away from Me in the middle of nowhere. It wasn't even a normal U-Haul office, it was someone's Home in the woods. I had so much to do to get ready for my planned trip to bring My Daughter back to College. This added undo Stress to Me trying to find this place, I was uncomfortable. The lady told me her husband was sick, but yet Their Office was inside where they live & I had to go in there.

Chris vThis location is great for, thank God I reserved the van,when I was ready to pick it up, 3 other people were there trying to rent it, if she had 1 or 2 vans on the lot they would of been rented, she just lost 2 sales. Great to do business with her and as long as she has the vans and uhaul gives her the service for us customers, it is a win win deal.

Douglas PDo not treat adults as if they are applying for a top security clearance. I was forced to take 6-9 photos of a van during a sudden serious lightening storm. I will not use uhaul again.

STEVEN Hi dropped off after hours and was very thankful when the owner showed up and was able to park the truck for me. There was limited space. The convenience made up for it.

Dennis MI dont see any problem anywhere in my experience with this location. She was very friendly and very helpful.. Only suggestion is to have U haul name board for the office where i was searching for atleast 5 min's to see where the office is.

John BThe service was horrible. I was on hold for an hour and a half. I only drove it 23 miles but got charged for 42. There was no way for me to get into the truck without the phone, but I didn't get cell service at the location. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN.
