I got doubled charged for everything without my consent (and unexpectedly) and am not happy. I will be pursuing legal action if I do not get my money refunded.

Upon renting a truck, the employee falsely claimed the safemove insurance add on was 300 dollars, then offered a discount of $75 and claimed he had to pay for this with his card. And demanded I hand him cash to pay him back. Upon reviewing the receipt I clearly could see the 75 was charged to my card. And after making this clear to him, he demanded I hand him cash anyways because he claimed he saved me over 200 on the safemove insurance. He then approached me and intimidated me to hand over cash. Out of fear I handed him $40 cash and left as fast as I could. This is fraudulent double charging, extortion and intimidation. I demand a formal investigation into this matter.

Owner was not there. Hours posted was 10-6. I had to call and find out where he was. Stated that his meeting ran late, but I could hear kids yelling in the background.

The U-Haul cab wasn't cleaned when I got it so I returned it in the same condition not overly gross just dirt, dust and hair. the guy kept trying to charge me for 2 days when I only wanted 24hrs. He was saying for a 20ft trailer for 24hrs was 80 buck but it was because he kept putting my return time a 9pm the following day instead of 1 which is 24hrs. This on top of already dealing with the first 2 places not having my uhaul was just unfortunate.
