i had dialed this number before i saw it was closed, Rich answered and was very helpful and professional. He set up the whole thing, he found the closest trailer, reserved it, set up the closest drop off location and what size ball to have on my truck. Everything went as planned. Rich was awesome! I could not have asked for a smoother rental experience. Thanks to Rich and the Person at the Alvin pick up location. I will call U--Haul and Rich for all my future needs.

U-haul moved my location from pickup at NRG to pickup in Rosharon, a 22 mile difference. I will not be a U-haul customer again. What is the meaning of a reservation if equipment is not reserved for me under the conditions I agreed to? The app said my reservation was complete but the day before I was told there was no time assigned (in fact that it had defaulted to 3 hours after I had requested)! The app seems dysfunctional.

They took my mileage money and I didn't use all my miles. I should be credited for 40 miles and wasn't they kept my money.

I tried to return my truck on a Sunday and the front gate was deadbolted shut. It's a FM road so there was nowhere to really "park" the 13' Uhaul while trying to figure out how to get into the gate. It's listed as a 24/7 location but there was nobody there on a Sunday. I had to call in and get redirected back to the same location with UHaul customer service after they gave me the combination for the deadbolt so I could push the gate open myself without a soul on site to assist all while trying to keep the Uhaul from obstructing traffic. Once I got in there, it was easier to navigate and handle myself. I guess I expected a less complex experience from a 24/7 location.
