LAYTON PI had a 9:00 appointment but Uhaul rep didn't show up until 9:20. Uhaul representative needs to be more familiar with equipment and pre trip inspection.

James JOwners had closed before advertised closing time. We had to call Ihaul and look for the trailer ourself and hook up alone. we were also not able to pick up equipment we had rented because they closed early with no notice. Very unprofessional.
Michelle cI called to confirm I could drop the equipment(truck) at the location as stated online. The person answering the phone was not familiar with Uhaul procedures but said she knew people did leave Uhaul equipment there but was unsure of any procedures. She said the person who knew about Uhaul was not there. When I arrived, Daisy was there and took care of everything. She was friendly, professional and efficient.

Doug MI drop the truck off on when the office was closed. I tried to do a return on the Uhaul app. The app could not locate the drop off location. So I just dropped the key in the drop box and called the location the following day to verify my drop off. Luckily they believed me that I dropped the truck off on time. I was worried I would get charged an extra day.

Lemay RNothing too much Daisy was a wonderful Rep to me her customer service is what made me comfortable with the uhaul hauling but the uhaul itself was very dangerous the tire went flat on me and roadside assistance was near me but I had to pay for it I was told off get an reimbursement didn’t recieved that also was instructed to save receipts for any inconvenience I may had to pay for since I couldn’t get into my home because I was late meeting him still haven’t gotten answer about any of those just received a reimbursement for a wrong dropoff fee that wasn’t supposed to be charged because I never set an location with them anyways
candice dA bit different than the usual UHaul location but fit for purpose. I did not have to go inside so can't comment on the other facilities. The person who called me to acknowledge my drop off was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location.
