Everything was easy and smooth with no issues getting things setup or getting access to the storage unit same day.

We had our truck reserved for weeks prior to our move. When we showed up to pick up our truck, the person working asked us what our last name was and then said it was a race between our family and another family to show up because we both had the same truck rented and he only had one available. The second family showed up while we completing our reservation and were turned away. We had also rented dollys and furniture pads and were told that he didnt have any available and we were sent to another Uhaul location to make a new reservation to find these items. All over his store he had signs saying "right equipment, right location, right on time as agreed or you get $50" which is the Uhaul guaranteed reservation promise. When I asked him about it he said he didnt know anything about that and wouldn't be able to help us. He repeatedly told us how little he gets paid by Uhaul to store their trucks and how this wasn't his fault.
