The driver side mirror wouldn’t stay up and I was charged for an extra day because they had no clue that I had returned the truck back and left the key in the drop box

Truck smelled of smoke and had debris in door handle and cup holders. very low on gas at pick up.

Reserved a 10' truck, they didn't have any available so was given a 15'. Back door was stuck open, I went back the counter and reported this to the cashier. The cashier acted as though I was an idiot and stormed out of the building to the truck. He reached up and grabbed the door yanked it up and down furiously, the door not moving more than a few inches. He then climbed into the truck and continued fighting with the door before storming back into the building to call his manager. When I was issued a working vehicle I was driving to my location for pick for the pickup of my furniture and the manager of this U-Haul location calls me feigning compassion and offering his b******* condolences, just so that he can ask me to return the equipment early so he can sell it to somebody else.

Store location was dirty, inside of truck was not swept out, ordered and paid for an appliance dolly and received a regular dolly. Would not go to this location again

I need someone to look into this matter, please. I rented the truck and was charged twice. Once for $50,49 and against for $60.75. Originally he tried to charge me $111,24 and he thought he would cleverly split it and I wouldn't notice. The facility is very sketchy. I asked about leaving my car there but was encouraged not to do. I only used the truck for 5 hours and only 18 miles. When I returned it and even when I picked it up I had to wait and be put on the side while he waited on his customers. Thank God I had a helper. Please review this claim.

The website kept having me request a code every time I tried to sign in. Then I didn't receive the codes til the next day which defeats the purpose if you're trying to handle urgent business. My rental was not ready for mobile pick up. I had to wait two and a half hours to pick it up. Called customer service and my only options were to be inconvenienced even more by going to another location to pick up a truck which would have been more mileage for the U-Haul. The rep did suggest I ask the shop for a discount which is what I did when I finally picked up. The store associate did oblige and gave me a gas credit. I did appreciate that. However I called to extend my U-Haul and was told no. I could only keep it for a few more hours because they had a reservation for the truck. This was my first time renting with U-Haul. Not impressed at all. Don't know if I will use U-Haul in the future.

The equipment wasn't even together, I paid for a Dolly and never got one. There was a homeless man sleeping in the you haul when I got there and unlocked it.

Another charge of $95 was taken out of my account. When I left they gave me a total of $163. I need my money back in my account today!

First location, g & s market. Granite city, il. Was terrible. Received wrong keys, wrong truck, didn't get to leave on our scheduled time.

I have no paperwork that came with the trucks I have no pricing that came with truck because nobody knew how much it was going to cost nobody got back to me regarding what my price for supposed to be I dropped off the truck today hours ago and I still don’t know how much it’s gonna cost him that’s why no Siri

Don't apply hidden fees- Though we did get it taken care of they were great when we called in. We used the u haul for 9 miles and was charged miles plus an additional $38,5 for 7 gallons of gas- it was refunded and very fast and professional with it!

Dropped off the trailer he was outside smoking parked the trailer went inside and asked if I needed to sign anything he said no. When I got the trailer her didn't even go outside to help me back up to it or to make sure the lights worked or it was hooked up correctly

The guy opening was 10 minutes late. He informed me that there was 1/4 tank of gas, but no sooner than I left the parking lot and the notification for low gas goes off. The truck was not swept out when I opened it. Just not pleased with how it went.

Keep your word and don’t change the price told me a different price at the beginning when I brought it back it was higher

I dropped the truck off sunday night and the employee messes with his laptop and eventually told me it was all done and I would get an email. I never did get an email because employee didn't complete the return at all. I had to return the next morning to the drop off location and have a different employee process the return, and I had to make it clear I wasn't leaving until it was processed.

Have more moving blankets on hand. When I reserved a dozen and showed up the next day I was told they had no blankets. With four trucks, I would think they would have more than the 20 that were not returned. The representative was professional and courteous overall and provided help walking me through the reservation process which I appreciated.

The truck was infested with roaches. Transmission seemed to hesitate. The ac would blow cool air for awhile and then warm. If a truck is returned from another town, it needs to be inspected and infractions repaired before it is rented.

They charged me for extra day, made it good at the end but it was a Hassel, I've had to call TJ with U Haul both times that I have rented one to get it straighten out. The day time men there are not friendly. I will go elsewhere.

I am very disappointed that uhaul can loosely use my private and personal information to rent out a truck for a complete stranger under my credentials.. This is a very bad move on uhaul behalf. If anything happens to the truck my name is the one will be mentioned. Fix this asap take my info out your system

The process was quick and easy. Most correspondence was through email or texts. Mileage adjusted and final receipt emailed in less than eight hours. Will definitely rent from here again if needed.

I never rented a uhaul

The customer service at this location was below unacceptable. I was never given instructions on what protocol was as far as pick up or drop off. There was never a contract or talk of one. Now I'm being charged repeatedly $300 for unexplainable fees . Never used this location!

The location is a liquor store in a sketchy part of town. The worker in the store who processed the return was very nice and did a good job, but the place is kind of icky.

We rented a 20 foot truck when outside temperature was 30 degrees. Drove for 10 miles and had no heat in cab. Drove the entire trip freezing. Not enjoyable at all. Once we were 10 miles out there was no time to wait for another truck.
