The truck was not filled.
Jacob TWhen returning thw equipment was not informed i would be doing self return, had no information, when looked up the phone number no one answered and then because I had to figure out self return they tried to bill me $55 for something (I can only assume late return)
CHERYL MWorst experience I've ever encountered with U-Haul. Unprofessional, rude employees on clean vehicle bad advice from people. Would not recommend. Was helped by Mr. King in the Coos Bay area, but otherwise his employees We're not professional whatsoever.
Janice JThe woman who was at this location was rude and very disrespectful. She never greeted me with a hello. She just yelled at me to move my truck and park it , somewhere else. She was upset that "they told me to return it to her location"! When I went in to the office to return the keys, she didn't even acknowledge that I was in the office as she was too busy complaining to someone else about not wanting vehicles returned there. After about 5 minutes , she just said " give me the keys , I'll finish checking it in later"!. Never even said Thank you , or goodbye. Nothing !! Very disappointed!! I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone, or the other mechanic business that it is located at. Terrible!!

HAYDEN MI love neighborhood businesses .... this one did not disappoint ... better service and personality than larger business locations and had offsite parking available to leave my personal vehicle while using the rented vehicle. This is definitely a bonus!

Don BFirst time driving a U Haul truck. It was great! Excellent visibility with the side mirrors as well as the backup camera. I am very impressed. Even better than a 32' RV or my SUV car.

NORMAN Sthe only problem was the windshield wipers just smeared the water and made driving at bite unsafe.
BRUCE RYou can tell customers that the location has been closed for vacation and that while they can rent a truck, they will be surprised when the other items selected (utility dolly and furniture pads) will not be found in the truck. And I did not appreciate being on hold for over an hour and then being disconnected. Your lack of service delayed my loading, and subsequently the unloading which required me to extend my move an entire day.
Douglas HI rented in Coos Bay, OR for a trip to load goods in Port Orford OR and unload in Ashland OR. I chose theCoos Bay location (60 miles from Port Orford) because it was the closest dealer with a 10 ft truck. I returned in Medford because you offered a discount ($20?) if I did so. At no point was I told that these decisions might result in charges for additional mileage, You should have told me.

Miranda HI turned my truck rental in through self service; took several pictures through the Uhaul app. Before I left the vehicle Alex opened to back of the truck and I received a clear through the Uhaul app. When reviewing my credit card statement I seen a 25 charge from Uhaul, I called and questioned the charges they told me it was for cleaning fees. I disputed the charges and when I asked about them I was shown pictures of the cargo area not being steeped out and grease residue in several locations. I swept out the vehicle and know it was clean when I turned it in; Alex also opened the cargo area before I left and did not say anything at the time; when I asked him about why he didn't say any thing at that time he said it wasn't his job to tell me how I should turn the vehicle in; but he certainly had no problem charging me a clean fee afterwards. I took some photos and one of the cargo area but was not able to retrieve after the fact. When questioning the photos I was shown by Uhaul I was certain they were not of the vehicle I turned in. My word against theirs; the 25 charge is more of principle; but Uhaul has lost a customer for life; I will never rent from them again when they can submit claims without discussing the charges.

David Znice truck at a fair price. no complaints on the equipment. friendly service however the uhaul computer wasnt working correctly so took forever to get out the door.
brian lI think the agent there was new and inexperienced, called to have someone walk him through the check out procedure. He was perfectly nice, just needs time on the job so things go more smoothly.
robert OThis place is small and primarily a repair facility for cars. Was not what I expected for a UHAUL location. They didn't have boxes, blankets, etc. I had some unused boxes to return for credit. I had to go to another UHAUL location for this.
