No improvement needed! This is a fantastic place to store your items or rent U-Haul equipment close to town yet no traffic no stress. Kerry is a great women who runs the place and is efficient and very kind and helpful save yourself a headache and rent here !!

LINDSAY SThese folks did an outstanding job. They are courteous and friendly. I had a minor wiring problem and the staff was very helpful in resolving this issue. They also hitched me up and preformed a thorough safety check. They have top of the line motorcycle trailers that are heavy duty yet light to pull. Hassel free and a safe drive to and from.
ROBERT AI didn't see any needed improvements. I hadn't needed a rental in more than 20 years and wasn't sure what to expect but the experience was very pleasant. I will recommend them and go back if needed!!

KAREN UThe location was too far from my storage facility. You guys rescheduled and changed locations twice. I missed my appointment with movers by 2 hours. I would like a refund on charge on mileage I was charged when I picked up 20ft truck I did not want. I had to give up items to fit in 20 ft trailer. I reserved a 26 ft truck at location close To the storage facility

Karen Hthey are the best at what do. they provided me with 15ft unit that was clean, and operated well. I was offered coffee, and a bottle of water for the road. Very happy with the way I was treated. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a Uhaul.
