After hours drop off was easy
MICHAEL PWas surprised about the $.99 per mile charge. It's been a while since we have rented a U-Haul. But, the truck was needed due to hurricane Milton evacuation and we appreciated being able to get a truck at the last minute.

Christina WThe truck we rented was dirty, had to stop and purchase stuff to clean the windshield so we could see out of it. Rattled and banged the whole trip and about 150 miles from home the check engine light came on. This truck never should have been rented. I was also told by this place and the place that I rented the trailer from that if I turned it in early I would get money back, that never happened. Very disappointed in the whole U Haul experience, not just this location.
gerald fWatched lady check me in; 3 days later got email that I still had equipment and was late turning it in. Was turned in a day early with a full fuel tank. Apparently either pickup dealer or Uhaul changed dropoff location without telling me. I called Uhaul corporate to straighten this out; lady on phone was rude and surly.
