U-haul online service was spotty and forced us to restart checkout several times. Online service was also incredibly poor for setting up the pickup in the first place. Online service needs to be improved

Troy MI was charged over $400 for driving $43 miles. I am beyond upset and won't be recommending uhaul to anyone.

Kathy SUhaul didn't have the right size truck even though I reserved it weeks in advance. they then made it very hard for me to find a truck that was the correct size. people at this location were nice/helpful though.
jay LA/c turned off after going over 55mph door gasket kept falling front end was shaking

JEFFREY BHad to figure out how to hook up the car carrier myself. Good thing I was some what knowledgeable. No assistance provided. Was support to get $50 credit because I had to drive 2 hour out of the way to pick up the car transporter because the reservation was not honor. Good thing I checked in a day early or I would had to drive the truck & car from Des Moines IW to Leland NC 18 hr 44 min (1 226,3 mi)

JOHN HThe 5x8 was old and/or well used. It did perform well for the 750 mile trip. The store manager did a good job getting me signed in, hooked up and lights tested.
DENNIS SThere was no one available at this grocery store location who had knowledge about how to unhook the trailer. We ended up figuring out how to do it ourselves and manually pushed the trailer into a parking spot.
