JAMES SThe gentleman at this site was extremely helpful in getting the trailer hookup completed. I was traveling and didn't have tools with me to mount the trailer hitch ball and he done it for me and assisted with the loading process.
COBY SClean up the location and teach the agents to make sure that they're renting out the correct equipment.

Michael Tservice was slow, he did not ask us if we wanted the insurance just added it on, we did not want it, did not provide any paperwork for us to review, he did not seem to know what he was doing on the computer, the place was a dump
JOHN SThe cargo van I rented had 143 000 miles on it and the brakes WERE NOT reliable at stopping, they need fixing immediately before someone gets hurt/killed and you know that U-haul will be sued in court.

cecil kWas suppose to have a truck from Park and Store and the afternoon before I was scheduled to pick it up, which I reserved weeks ago called and said the people that had it the day before me decided to keep it longer. Which is bullshit.I was suppose to move my family and entire house the next day across the state and had no truck now. Why was my reservation taken away bc someone else screwed up. Secondhand Sam's was able to get me a truck and saved the day. I greatly appreciated Sam's help

Jimmy D10000/5 Sam saved our cross country trip Me and my brother broke down by a gas station 2 days before Christmas and with no way to get to get to our destination. Sam drove all the way to pick us up, helped us set up the trailer, and guided us to for all of it (he even gave us a discount). I've never drove a uhaul before but he made sure I had what I needed to know before leaving. He was super kind and without him we probably would have spent Christmas at a gas station. Truly a blessing.

SAMMY JTruck had no A/C - wasn't told until I came to pick up the truck. I could have made other arrangements if I had been told earlier Truck leaked and ruined furniture. The whole reason I rented this rolling oven was to protect the furniture from rain. Terrible experience, terrible product and terrible customer service
