Providing me with a receipt would be nice for starters, but being double charged and now the nightmare trying to resolve the issue sure makes it hard to rent here again -----
Larry MI still have yet to receive my receipt for my rental. Other than that, service was impeccable and will recommend
Benjamin ZI paid for a dolley and was charged for one, but did not get it. I would like a refund. Also, I was charged for 4 extra miles over the contract immediately upon return of the truck. However, I left double the amount of gas in the truck when I returned it than when I got it. Win for you, loss for me
