Rex PIt's the second time that I've struggled and hurt my fingers to open the lock. I let them know that and still an old lock is put on the truck. To make this truck drive stay straight. The steering wheel is a quarter of the way to the right. It drives down the road crooked like it's been in an accident. The brakes are bad. Without the key in it or the lights on the alarm sounds. You need two people to try to open the back because it's so incredibly stuck and hard to open that it hurt my shoulder.

Theadore FAbsolutely horrible experience with customer service due to the fact that the branch manager at Secure storage, Tumwater. formed and told by Jacob the regional manager for U-Haul to inform the customer to contact customer service to arrange a drop off location in Puyallup instead of having to drive to U-Haul all the way back to Tumwater. I contacted customer service and spoke with a lady by the name of Mia, who was completely rude, disrespectful, and downright unhelpful, and straight up told me there was nothing she could do or would you to change the location of the drop off, even though the regional manager, Jacob, had given permission to drop the vehicle off in Puyallup. Instead of the end of my check-in when returning the U-Haul, I was hit with a bill of an additional 60+ dollars for what I assume is the extra miles that it took to drive it back to Tumwater completely out of my way and away from the area that I just moved to. It should be noted that I also informed the branch manager at the time of rental that this was going to be a one-way rental from Tumwater to Puyallup.
Chad VRobert at the front desk was very well-informed, responsive, and helpful. Very professional and was able to help solve my logon problems.
William CU-Haul pickup system was crashed, website and app were not working, U-Haul CSR dropped the line and never called back. Luckily, Robert at Secure Storage was in on his day off assisting a plumber and helped me. At drop off the app wasn't working, but i was able to use my browser to complete drop of through the website. Besides total failure of the self guided pickup, I was completely taken off guard that I was asked to provide documents I would have never thought to bring with me - lease agreement, passport!? Did I miss the notice that I'd need these to check myself in? Also, how many times are you going to ask me to buy your damn insurance? I counted four. Very satisfied with Secure Storage, totally vexxed by U-Haul.

Jerry cThe whole process of picking up the truck and dropping off was a nightmare because of uhaul. They messed up on both pick up and drop off leaving us to have to travel hours out of our way, wasting our time, mileage and gas for our own vehicles.
