Got there didnt have what I needed was on a time schedule. Product I needed to pick up was less then a mile from this location. Had to drive 20 mins away in the truck. Was late to appointment returned truck before scheduled time to avoid extra charge when it was uhauls fault. This was a nightmare spoke to us they could careless

Michael A | Expérience généraleI was told pick up was in Wilkes , where I asked. I went there and was told truck was 25 mins away in Duryea. I went to that location and had to call for lock code. 25 minutes on hold I was told no key, I was finally switched to a nice guy that knew the code for the key, the truck was on 1/4 tank of gas, not knowing how much the truck would use I over filled it and returned truck 5/8 full.. all in all I lost over an hour chasing down the truck and way to much gas ! I will not be using Uhaul again !
