The actual unit i rented had a leak and got a bunch of our belongings very wet. Other than that, the gentleman at the South Carolina pick up location was absolutely amazing, helpful and so kind.

The office had some hard ice tea cans on the desk empty. Not a got impresion to start. Ordered 24 furniture pads but he had none. Inside of cab was dirty and i found what looked like a camara on the floor between the seats.Truck had less than a 1/4 of a tank of fuel so i had to fuel before i got back to my house to load. Loaders from your site i ordered they were 2 hours away and did not want to drive, so i had to find another company and they charged me $680 for two men two hours when your site was $161 for 2 men two hours,so you cost me an extra $519 out of my pocket. Very upset will use a different company for now on.

I was grateful that the owner of the UHaul location helped me. The I95 in South Carolina is total shit. Literally thousands of bone jarring pot holes, and the car dolly barely held the car in place.
