TOTALLY AMAZING.

DAVID SI dropped off the truck after hours. There were no personnel present but the drop key drop off box was easily located and there was plenty of parking available.
GLENN KWhenever confirming a reservation, please ensure all reserved equipment will be available upon pickup. The pickup location did not get the reservation for the appliance dolly. I do not fault the pickup location as they did not get the full order,but I do fault the online reservation process.

MARCIE DTo tell the truth about what trucks are available. I asked about a 16-footer and the person in charge said there were none available. But when I left there were two in the lot and he said they were already rented. However when I came back through that way I checked and both those trucks were still there. This was Midday Saturday afternoon. Sunday the same two trucks were still sitting there and never moved all weekend. So I rented a truck when there were smaller ones available which is what I wanted and had to pay more money. I also asked about mileage and was told not to worry about it that I was Within the limit. Now I am being charged mileage. Never again U-Haul.
curt mI used the self drop off box for the keys. Tried to go to the uhaul.com/share site to notify uhaul that I dropped the truck off but the site was very hard to use so I did not do it. It all worked out good but I was a little nervous I would get charged for extra days since I did not use the site.
Scott BSmall independent store. Girl running the place was excellent though. Very friendly and helpful. However, the store was going to close on Saturday due to the holiday on Monday. An actual Uhaul store would not have done that. Since we had to pick up a day early, she gave us the extra day until Tuesday to return, which was appreciated. The trailer had a flat plug vs. newer round plug for wiring. Luckily I had an adapter. Not sure if the shop even sold adapters. Trailer was a little older than I have been renting recently, but still functioned fine.
