Fred KTruck was dirty with a sticky steering wheel. Also the strap to open the back door to truck was also very sticky and dirty. Not good parking to return the truck. Overall I would use a different location next time.
Letha JLot is small. Returned vehicles crammed together, had to jump the curb to pull out in street could not park into space upon return because of space limitations and location of curb and sidewalk and crossing post. Truck was unlocked and smelled like weed. Cigarette butt in door and check engine light cameo. As soon as we drove off.
Brianna RTruck was filthy and damaged all over. Store was filthy and disgusting also. Did not get a proper explanation or even the slightest bit of assistance locating the truck. Overall terrible experience would not recommend, would never rent from this location again.

BRANDON BTruck was a complete mess, very old and dirty inside and the back. Location did not have any furniture pads as requested on my reservation. Office was very dirty and cluttered.

Debraann TFirst off the place was closed nobody was there to give us the keys, second then someone come outside to help us got on the phine called someone but then oh hmmm the U-Haul stopped on us had to wait cause the U-Haul wouldn't startup it was just a bad experience. Other U-Haul places never was like this..,

Martin CRequested a hand truck on purchase order but was not provided with the truck. There was no personal on site during store hours and no one answered the business phone so could not to amend this error.

Melvin HThe staff is very professional. I love the facility, it is clean and well kept. The most important piece was the orientation, very thorough. The facility manager was such a joy to work with able to answer all my questions and concerns. When I came back to sign the paperwork, another manager from the Groton site was there, and she was professional. What a great team.

I've been here a million times and this lady has even gone out of her way to help us and she does it so much that she doesn't even remember that we are returning customers lol. I don't take offense because it means that she's a kind-hearted person to everyone. Please support this U-Haul location. If you want easy but perfection, this is your location.

Cynthia SThis truck was not worth how expensive it was! It wasn't cleaned and trash was left under the seats. It also was an older truck so there was no power windows, cruise control or Bluetooth for a long roadtrip. I wish I never used Uhaul.

Cathy SThis is unrelated to either location - I had so many issues with the U-Haul app. It was a nightmare for pick up and crashed during drop off so thankfully I was able to have a person help check me in at the shop. During pick up the all kept freezing and wasn't accepting my credit card. When I called U-Haul for help I was told to try another card otherwise they didn't know how to help me. I would absolutely not use the app for mobile pick up next time and make sure to plan for in person pick up and drop off.
