Have competent staff working. This location seems like a satellite location.The staff at the location don't know how to operate the business. They message someone on their phones who tells them what to do. They don't know how to open/close contracts.

Vehicle had almost no fuel, it was very dirty inside and also had some garbage in it. The interior of the box was coated with water and I had to dry it out prior to use. The vehicle was parked in a puddle that was deeper than my shoes were tall. Also they could not provide an receipt for the rental at point of return and was sent to me electronically some time later. They overcharged me for the amount of miles I drove and now I will have to call customer service to get them to correct their billing error.

When I showed up there was a bunch of garbage in my uHaul. Razers, toothbrushes, etc. gross. The cabin also stinked of cigarette smoke. I tried to contact uHaul for compensation and was not given anything basically just told to suck it up. terrible experience and probably won't use uHaul again.

Make it clearer where the pick up is. Maybe have the trucks not so closely parked together.

This location was good but I prefer picking up at an actual uhaul store.

Your app did not work. Would not allow postal code on my phone. The service station had to call and find my reservation. Then I got charged for insurance did not want or agree to. I believe this 3rd party rental is there to cater to immigrants and not people born in the Country.

The location was very convenient for pick up, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The truck was not too clean, with salt and dirt on the floor.

The check in is a dragged out process. Our pickup location was changed 3 times . I haven't dealt with uhaul before so I don't know if every company operates like this. I expected that once we were checked in online it would be show up and pickup.

I rented the truck during a now storm to move some furniture. I must have had a leak because some of the furniture was wet when we unloaded it. Otherwise it was Ok.

There was no signage of where to park the uhaul. I parked it, and then was told by staff i didn't park it in the right spot and had to move it - even though there was no signage of where to park
