I had to keep stepping out of the way for shoppers to be cashed out...then I finally got out and the keys 15 minutes after 10:30 appointment time...(at a different location than I was at first scheduled to go)...when I returned it, the clerk was not trained in the computer and took over 20 minutes to stare and poke at the keys...finally he decided to charge me for more gas, and I know after I gassed it up it was higher than the 3/4 tank he claimed...again, I had to step aside as store customers came for cigarettes, lottery tickets and other cash-outs...I prefer a dedicated U-Haul store...also, ALWAYS take a phone picture of the truck's speedometer and GAS Guage when you pick up OR RETURN because they have always hit me for extra gas money and their gauges are only analog and subject to THEIR determinations. 3/4 when it is closer to 7/8...and I had a 7/8 tank when I had gotten one earlier in month....later he told me, No, it was full and hit me for $5 a gallon gas charge.

The Uhaul was clean and worked for us but this location is sketchy! There was homeless around the building and the advertisement was still in the window of the uhaul so we weren't even sure it was ours at first. The truck worked well getting where we were supposed to be going but on the way back it said there was an error and needed engine fuel which scared us seeing as we were on the highway. We ended up calling the roadside assistance to help us. They said we should be fine unless there were some weird noises coming from the engine. That should not be happening! It ended up being okay but I don't think I would ever rent from this location again.

Travis and Sandra we excellent with assistance in 3 large units and explaining how to access after hours. We also scheduled a large truck from their location for upcoming move. Class act, everyone always busy on site! Tom Green

Old equipment, looked like someone was living inside, cat food, roaches and a small snake in the box, picked up the truck with literally zero gas in it, returned the truck with about 1/4 tank and was charged $11 for 2 gallons of fuel after returning the truck. Go anywhere else

No box to get key. Had to ask in store. Theyvtried to redo it and wouldn't give me key. I waited over an hour. Plus the guy did not speak English
