Customer service was excellent.
David SI had to visit three locations personally before I found this equipment available. When registering, your booking site allowed you to put your information in but the button to click select, was not working. Even though it took a while to find the product, your customer service representative was helpful and professional at every locations. Especially at sicustomz location and the young lady is very awesome.

PROVIDENCIA HThe van was dirty ands smelled like urine so they gave me a truck, it smelled bad also, but not as strong, for the three hours I needed truck for it worked, just would recommend cleaning their vehicle’s interiors, no one would be able to go long distances with the way they smelled….EWWWWWW

THOMAS FMonique was extremely helpful through the whole process of getting a truck and trailer. We even had to switch trailers mid job because of complications on my end, and she handled it fast and without any issues. I would highly recommend renting from this location if you're need reliable service. Somebody give Monique a raise!

PAKEITHA MI finally figured out how to navigate the pick up process, got the code for the box, only to find it empty! Called u-Haul and explained the empty box. "We'll have someone there by 0830." 0830 came and went, nobody there. Finally showed up at 0900. Key was in box 1. I lost 2 hours of moving time because of administrative errors. I was not a happy camper.

SEBRINA SThe GM Brian & his team are awesome & very helpful, however, U-Haul has failed them by not repairing/servicing the elevator immediately when needed. The elevator has broken down several times this year and U-Haul has failed to send a repair technician when called. Sometimes the elevator has been down several days before someone has been sent to repair it. That is unacceptable and leaves many customers stranded and unable to store or retrieve their personal items. This practice must change immediately, and U-Haul must do all they can to repair a broken elevator.
WILLIAM AWas promised a 10' van and got a 10' truck instead. Received vehicle with only 1/8 of a tank, returned it with 1/4 and was charged still for "returning it with less gas". Radio did not work.

WEBS PThe location is on a sketchy side of town and shared with what i thought was a autoshop. All the calls were chained up and missing their wheels which didnt make me want to leave my car there for the day. when I arrived I only communicated with the contract person over the phone who watched me thru a camera. it was honestly a little sketchy. The truck itself didn't have any of the extra moving items that I had added to the rental of the truck and I was told ide have to do extra work to stop by another uhaul location to get those items. At the very least however I was greatful not to be charged for this items. The truck itself was relatively clean and with some minor adjustments to the mirrors, it was road worthy. The best part of my experience was positive attitude and clear communication provided by the woman on the phone. If ahe didnt pickup right away, she was punctual to get back to me and was very patient and helpful.

Hadiya WThe service person (Monique I believe) was very friendly and helpful. She promptly took care of us and got us in and out of there without issue. The equipment leased was in great shape for our one-way move from Florida to Georgia. My only negative comment is the U-Haul center is run out of an auto-body facility and was not the most "professionally" looking facility. Except for the U-Haul trucks in and around, I would not have known it was there. I chose "yes" I would recommend, solely for Monique's help and prompt service. The location (area) it is in, and the personnel were not the issue for me, the appearance of the facility was my problem. A 10 on the service and equipment, but a 2 on the appearance.

Timothy MSide note the trucks alignment is as completely off. The steering wheel doesn't sit correct which made the drive very complicated and we used a lot more fuel due to the poor alignment of the truck.
Amy CI could it answer yes regarding personnel because it was an after hours drop off. The area was gated so not a clear place to marked to leave vehicle. It was roomy, but a bit disorganized
CHRIS LCustomer coordinated 6:30 PM drop off via phone and no one was at location. Customer was told to leave trailer unattended at location. Location is in a part of town that does not appear safe.
Richard WI had rented another car trailer from a different U-Haul site and got a flat tire. Cedric (5630 Phillips Hwy location) was fantastic. He located another car trailer in the area and made sure someone would be onsite (Monique at 3339 N St) to get me set up with the replacement trailer as it was after hours. Monique was extremely helpful and efficient. She had no issues staying late and got me back on the road.
