Kyle was a sweetheart getting me all set up to travel to Texas from my home in New Mexico.
CHARMAINE OMake sure all tires are in good shape so customers do have to wait over 2 and a half hours to have a tire fixed on a 11 hr dr then I had to rent a hotel room because the trip took to long

MATTHEW KI returned the truck with half a tank of gas just like I was told to. I parked the truck at the drop-off location, and it sat there for two days unattended because the location was closed until Monday. I was charged for two gallons of gas. I am not sure what happened to the two gallons of gas. I do know, because I am in law enforcement, that gas is siphoned out of UHaul trucks all the time, and it is usually in small amounts because people only bring small containers. I know that $10 dollars in a small amount to a big company, but for someone who just moved and paid moving expenses, everything adds up.
SEAN CCannot say enough about Kyle. He was kind and professional and very knowledgeable. I was his last customer of the day and he was accommodating- didn't make me feel like I was an imposition.. His excellent service made the end of my very long day better.
ALAYNA CA number of things. I rented the truck in Capitan weeks ahead of time but got a message 2 days before that I had to go to a location 40 minutes away for my truck. I live alone so that was a mess. And I couldn't get the app to work. At all. I did return the truck 2 days early.

RICHARD DThis location has always been excellent! The problem was with uhaul not having the equipment that I ordered! I needed a bigger truck to move and was called day before I was to pick it up saying NO Truck was available! I had to get a small 10' truck and make multiple trips! If this would have been a farther move we would have been screwed!! I have rented from uhaul many many times and never experienced this before!
