The unit was full of dirt, pine needles, old fishing rods and oil and soot was all over. They need to make sure their units are clean.

Greg SLights on trailer didn't work? We told them that we even bought adapters. We bought everything and it still didn't work? Couldn't drive at night. Had to keep the trailer longer than what we wanted to, because we couldn't drive at night. Because there were no lights, it was a horrible experience..
Ginger OSo! Guadalupita had a road closed to Trinidad for blasting operations. I was not made aware of this. I had to drive back to Las Vegas NM and then to Trinidad's. I was not compensated miles for this event. Walk in to rent and the notice was taped to the agents desk. So very aware just didn't inform me. With no choice I took the vehicle. So that was annoying. And cost me 2 hours, gas, and over milage charges. Which disrupted my move.

Joshua AThis location was difficult to find as the address took me to a trailer park about 6 miles down the road. When I called the number multiple times, nobody picked up and this was all before 5pm. I did not even really know exactly where to drop the trailer off because this location had Uhaul trailers in two different spots so I had to guess. I would work on updating the address so it's easier to find out mobile map apps.

William Zi was in the hospital over memorial weekend. i was extremely weak and had to get help to unload the truck. i was going to have to add an additional day to my move. the man at guadalupita called uhaul and they gave me another day free! i was so grateful

Shaun OThe equipment was clean and hooked up fine. However, when I left late at night and traveled down the road I had no lights. I believe the uhaul end burned out. I drove 800 miles with no lights. I don't blame this business as the uhaul trailer was OLD!! Love the people at Sierra Bonita.

Friendly and well informed and knowledgeable about the type of equipment they had available. We will definitely make referrals to others in need of renting such equipment. We will also in the future, if needed, will also contact them for future rentals. Merci
Rose BSince this was the closest rental location to Angel Fire, I rented from them. The owner was nice but the equipment was not in good condition at all - one tire was bald and there were holes in the floor of the trailer.

Catherine VI had to drive over an hour to pick up a truck. There were none available in Taos, even with two week's notice. None in Espanola, none in Santa Fe, and none in Albuquerque. The lack of equipment available AND your failure to guarantee my reservation placed was disappointing.

Bill LThis location was very helpful. Don was extremely courteous and willing to work with when picking up the truck and returning it. It was cold and snowing for a couple of days before I picked up the truck and the roads were not in good shape. Don call the morning I was scheduled to pick up the truck to ask if I could make it to his location or if I needed to hold off a day or so. He also made the return process easy and met me when I returned the truck even though the office was closed.
