PHILLIP CThe truck was dirty, had no heat.. until I figured out the cold was actually hot but that only worked for a day! The window whistled, the driver door wouldn't close until you slammed it but would keep saying the door was open. It was just a horrible experience and drive!

William CI was over charged and when we checked in at the original location it moved us to a different location an hour away. When we got there the box was jammed and had to wait 3 hours to get truck. Pick up was supposed to be at 7am and we didn't get the truck until 1pm. I have called uhaul to adjust my bill and no return call for a week. Then I finally get a call and the regional manager Michael was rude and argumentative from the time I said Hello. I will never rent from them again and I would not recommend this company.

Garry WNothing at this location. The man came out in the pouring rain and hooked a trailer up for us so we could get in the road. Even let us in before store opened. Excellent service à la clientèle.
dwayne bJust a drop off site, but closer to where we were given by the Gastonia facility. The one greatest asset was speaking to Carolyn with Uhaul to find a drop off location more accessible than 1 hr and 45 mins away. She was phenomenal and delightful!! HUGE plus for uhaul!
