During pick up you sign nothing, you get no paperwork, no instructions to check the truck just hand over your form of payment they do everything on the computer and give you the key. On frop off you turn in the key and they go check the truck AFTER you leave. They don't tell you if your getting money back for using less miles or if the gas is good. Feels like they can say what ever they want since we are not there to agree or disagree. Seemed shady to me but I really needed the truck. I used 20 miles of the 50 they charged me hopefully I get some money back. $112 for a $19,99 rental seems a bit high

The only thing I’ve seen had a problem was there was roaches in the back of the U-Haul Very disgusting, but overall very satisfied people and help me with the ppl at that location
