Train your people to provide the correct information. And when they don't, you certainly don't charge the customer for their air.

JOSEPH FThe lock box to retrieve the key needed some work. The lock was very touchy and took us nearly 30 minutes to open. Otherwise, the experience was great, the pick up location was clean, the truck was clean, maintained and in good condition.
Hunter CTheir website says open until 5PM. Got there at 2:30, and they were already closed. We were trying to figure out how to rent the truck on line, and a man came out to see what we were doing. We asked about renting a truck, and he said "we are closed." I asked about renting one on line, and he said "I don't know how that works" and walked back inside. If I had had another option close by, I would have gone somewhere else. Instead, we sat in the parking lot and rented the truck on the app. Would not recommend this pick up location to anyone.

Joseph FNo one was there during business hours, if there was a problem or questions. I expected U-Haul to come back to me saying I hadn't returned the trailer to them because of this. Definitely felt shady and dishonest for a location.

Joseph FDrop off location was not Made clear until I opened the app. I was instructed to scan a barcode, and there was none. Location was well outside of where I intended to drop off.
Jeff LI picked this location over the location across the street from where I was moving to only because it had longer Saturday hours. When I arrived they were already closed but they processed everything yesterday when they returned and everything looks correct.
Joseph HPersonnel were present and helped answer any questions I had for returning the trailer. Excellent help when needed to unhook and letting me know where to park the trailer Great guys there!!

Joseph FThis is the 2nd uhaul i uses that day as the first was broken. The first was a major headache trying to find somebody willing to actually be of assistance. It took over an hour on the phone to basically return the first one and dispute the charges, and then reserve a 2nd one. This was a very frustrating process and I would be more than willing to talk to a customer care specialist. 931.303.1837
