I was having difficulty with online self check in, so owner of the store came opened up and assisted me with my rental contract. Such a huge help and blessing to me, God Bless him 

Very nice fellow named Richard helped me get checked in and even offered to come in after ours to get the equipment checked back in, if needed. Breath of fresh air in this day and age of apathetic lackluster service.

I have rented several UHauls. This by far was the best experience; the location was ideal, and the staff were very helpful.

Rear set of tires on trailer were worn. That should have been changed prior to it being put back in service but the trailer was definitely maintained and when I picked it up we had awesome customer service

Mileage was to low 40miles allow. It 51 miles from pick up where they were moving to. Extra 54 dollars. Not good

Make your website easier to navigate and stop trying to sell something screen after screen after screen. I somehow ended up with insurance I didn't want.Very annoying and ruins what otherwise would have been a great customer experience. This also increases the time it takes to pick up the trailer.
