Service was great ! My question is why do these trailer have no Jack on them ??

CONSTANTINO PI lived in Lafayette Indiana and there was a location 3 minutes from my house but I had to drive 40 minutes to Attica Indiana. If I were to recommend a location I would recommend the closer one.

WILLIAM CNOT the locations fault as they had just recieved the equipment that morning, but a tire strap broke forcing me to buy straps to get home. It didn't appear abraided, probably just dry rot due to age. There were also few good tie down locations for using my own straps to secure the towed vehicle. More frequent maintenance and better positioned tie downs would be beneficial to avoiding customer inconvenience.

CARRI CThe guy & lady was very nice & helpful. It was me & my sister to pickup a trailer to drive back to New Orleans. Once we got there the Guy hooked it up to the uhaul, as he was finishing up it began to rain. I went inside to do my paperwork wow it was raining but not so hard. Once we gotten done hegave me the instructions on how to hook the car up. I asked him are me & myself has to do it he said yes. As I was going out to the truck it began to pour down. The guy came out to guide me on the trailer but the rain did not stop. He said let's wait a minute for it to lack up he went in the build me & my sister got in the truck. We waited for about 20 minutes, once it slowed down he came out dress in his rain gear to help us. He guide me up there & began to hookup everything all in the rain wow my sister & the lady try to hold the umbrella over him. But he was more worried about us getting the car hooked up correctly wow he was getting rained on. That was a sweet thing for them to do. They could have close they doors and left us the figure it out ourselves. So for thst we was truly appreciated fir that.
NICOLE PStaff was very unhelpful. Cab of truck was dirty, and there were papers in the box of the truck.

Brian PThe trailer came off the ball and slammed into my jeep. The coupler failed and the chain brake did not activate. Damaged my bumper chain rings. However, Bobby at Sparkies is looking into making sure this doesn't happen to someone else in the future. But now I have to replace my bumper. Like I said very nice people and he is currently working on resolution I believe.
Scott BVery nice experience. Sparky accommodated me with good service(even when I changed the pick-up date),provided me with a good vehicle with which I had no trouble with at all. I would recommend using his business.

sandra mUsed this location in Attica to move my things and they were great! They had exactly what we needed, explaining everything so we understood where to drop off and were even willing to be flexible on the time we needed for drop off. They were extremely professional and very nice and easy to deal with. They even took the time out to make sure all checks were done properly to ensure safety on the road. I would highly recommend this location!

james WI was charged more then double what the website quoted when I made my reservation. The checkin process was very difficult, the links sent for recording my drivers license would not work and the reservation would not process without that.
