Went to pick the items up. Women at laundry could hardly speak English. She had to call someone else who made the transactions. The trailer I rented had a hitch that was hard to manage and she didn't know how to make it work. I tried but had to ask a stranger nearby for help. Will not use this location again. Will not recommend to anyone else

The girl at the laundromat called four times and then had to have someone else call this mystery person who handles the uhaul reservations. Then check in took almost 48 hours, 3 customer service calls and 20 unanswered phone calls

AHMED MThe lack of cellphone signal makes this location a very unpleasant experience. What should be a smooth and quick exchange turns into a stressful ordeal. Both picking up and returning the truck took me almost an hour each and having to speak to a customer service representative both times. This location is close to an U.S air force base and they block the signal to the whole area. Horrible experience. Will not be coming back to the location to rent a uhaul ever. The actual staff from the laundry and a laundry manager that I spoke to on the phone were great and saved me.
