We did the Mobile return so didn't need to go inside. Didn't need any. People didn't see the inside to know if it was clean and presentable. The outside of the building looked very clean. The vehicles were all parked in an orderly fashion. It seemed like a well run operation From the outside, looking in.

quick and easy with great service
BRIAN BMy biggest problem was that the website offered my a discount to drop off at this location at the time of the reservation, but when I picked up the trailer, they couldn't find that information. So, it's not the issue of either location, but Uhaul website was pulling shenanigans and they don't send you a information about pricing when you book. It's not a big deal, but it's not great.
NATHAN NLocation manager Michael Bruckner does a great job of renting the U-Haul trailers, getting the customer checked out, hitched and on the road quickly and efficently.

Even though I booked a mobile pick up, it wasn't in the system so I spent 45 minutes waiting when I had somewhere time sensitive to be. It was the day of my daughter's wedding and this caused unnecessary stress. Not happy with the service from U-Haul.

JERRY MEverything about this haul location and Mike is super helpful, I actually did my 2nd rental here for a truck in 3 weeks. This time however, I hired U-Haul network movers and while the 2 movers were working hard, they dropped an outdoor stone top table and broke off both ends of the table (table cost $1000 with taxes and delivery fee) and the moving company wouldn't take responsibility , just apologized and said they don't have insurance or provide it - if you want insurance then go with a higher cost moving company. So unfortunately I would not recommend anyone use U-Haul's network of movers (the mover I had doesn't even live in the area and he just subcontracted to 2 people to do the move - they said the moving company owner would take care of it so I released the payment code (very dumb on my part) and when I was communicating with the owner, he said sorry not going to cover it. I could file a small claims via civil court but it would require me to also be in court, take time off, which I have done before and still contemplating on doing but who knows if I'll be able to make the time.

STEPHEN HThis location is the perfect place to get a uhaul truck that's not a uhaul location. A lot of side vendors that provide equipment just don't operate to uhaul standards. This location is actually better than any uhaul store I've ever gone to

JOSEPH LGreat custome service, Michael was amazing! The steering is off and needs an alignment and the suspension is off too, the transmission needs to be checked as well, doesn't like to go up hills well. Truck was clean. But maintenance on the truck needs to be made.
