My biggest problem was that the website offered my a discount to drop off at this location at the time of the reservation, but when I picked up the trailer, they couldn't find that information. So, it's not the issue of either location, but Uhaul website was pulling shenanigans and they don't send you a information about pricing when you book. It's not a big deal, but it's not great.
NATHAN NLocation manager Michael Bruckner does a great job of renting the U-Haul trailers, getting the customer checked out, hitched and on the road quickly and efficently.

MERIEM SThe location was fine but the service from U-Haul was terrible. Even though I booked a mobile pick up, it wasn’t in the system so I spent 45 minutes waiting when I had somewhere time sensitive to be. It was the day of my daughter’s wedding and this caused unnecessary stress. Not happy with the service from U-Haul.
