The truck's tank was between 3/4 and full when I picked it up. I returned it full.

Christopher GIt started off rocky but Erica saved the day. She communicated with me every step of the way. When she had some issues she was quick to respond, handled my concerns with urgency and professionalism and even helped me get the rental extended one additional day when my move became more than we anticipated! Thank you for your help and professionalism! If I ever need uhaul again I'll be back to this location!

Kursten ARude staff. Gave my truck away to someone else and then wouldn't help me. I had to get a 15 foot truck from another location instead of the 20 foot. I hope to tell everyone I can about my experience.
