ANTHONY MMuddy, potholes everywhere full of muddy water. Location was closed. Took an hour to check out on my own. Had to call and be led thru the check out over the phone. Time consuming pain. I requested a counter checkout. Changed by U-Haul to this place with no help.

THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT THAT LOCATION ARE EXTREMELY KIND,, I'M SURE IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT.. THE TRAILER DID IT'S JOB, BUT YEAH IT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT..

Andre GThe location was great and I would rent from them again but the trailer had a flat tire once I loaded it, we waited over 3 hours for the repair then hauling the trailer after the repair it became apparent after 30mph it was swaying from side to side and at 50mph it almost tossed us over. I hauled the trailer to the nearest U-Haul center in Coeur d'Alene and unloaded it as it was not drivable, I expressed my concerns with U-Haul and they were sending out a technician, the U-Haul Coeur d'Alene manager noticed the wheel was repaired with a different wheel/tire combo and could have been the problem.. This location then proceeded to charge me over $400 on Monday
Derek BFix the issues with the scheduling dept. I ORRIBLE experience with the scheduling dept. Changed my reservation 3 times 2 after I already had the equipment. HORRIBLE!

ROBERT BI picked up an auto transport from here and the people did a great job. Unfortunately I also rented a truck to be picked up from another location and it wasn't ready at the appointed time. The regional dispatch office found a truck for me about 30 minutes away in another direction so I had to go get it first. Those people were good (the original location, the new truck location and dispatch office, all three) but the system not knowing where the truck was coming from was frustrating to me. So I think the management upstairs bears responsibility for me having to chase down equipment. Cost me about 1/2 a day.

SONKA EThe equipment was clean however needed maintenance. The air conditioner did not work and the steering definitely needs work. The customer service was exceptional.

Kassindra MEvery thing about the service was good except. I rented a car hauler and the two back tires were under inflated and the two front tires were over inflated. I didn't notice that there was a problem until it was loaded. I stop at a the nearest convenient store to pay for an air compressor to fix the problem. Just a small inconvenience is all. Daniel HI have returned rental equipment at this location in the past and they are very well trained and qualified on the process. My return was completed in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way.
Reid DSo where we originally got the U-Haul in town we were told the place we had to drop off to was closed for 3-day weekend. No worries you can drop it off 6 hours after the drop off time and no charge they're closed don't worry about it take your time 6 hours isn't anything to worry about. They all lie! Two days later come Tuesday we're debited another $180 for 6 hours! Not including the 79 cents a mile! So much crap! I will never use U-Haul again and I will make sure all my family and friends and my business clients know about it. Totally disgusted with lies

Janet FI did get a flat on the trailer. It took 90 minutes is all for roadside to fix the issue. Impressively fast for the situation.
Brad AIt took over two hours to get the rental truck in once we picked it up and drove to the side where we were loading the vehicle as we opened up the door. It was dirty and slippery inside with repair panels to the floor that were lifted and bent up, which made it difficult to walk over and put things on, once loaded heading to our destination there was a leak in the cargo van, which got some items wet
