It was closed
JAMES HThe truck was low on fuel. I had to put fuel in it to do the job I needed it to do. Then had to leave it with more fuel than it had in it to begin with and received no credit for it. Instead I was charged for extra mileage.
Martin POur truck was filthy both in the cab and the inside of the cargo area. When it was picked up the gas tank was empty so we had to go immediately to the gas station and spent $75 to fill it up. I was reimbursed $35 for that however.
Linda LStan is my "go to guy" for Uhaul in Boonville, Missouri! Even though the pick-up location was moved by UHaul after my reservation and plans were made, Stan still got me on the road in a reasonable amount of time. This is an important thing to me! I did not have endless transportation available to run around Missouri looking for where the company had moved my reservation, I was attending a family funeral in a small town. Stan gets the job done!

Deborah RThis U-Haul location is not a main store; it is a side business that isn't well staffed nor do they have a large inventory of U-Haul trucks, trailers, supplies, etc... It is ok if you are dropping off a rental, but for a better inventory of U-Haul rentals and products, it would be better to make the extra drive to the Columbia, MO location.
