NEY VI made my reservation and DECLINED the optional insurance (I have evidence of this), when I picked up the trailer the location added insurance without my consent. I did not notice this until I receive the final bill and the location REFUSED to remove the insurance and associated taxes.

Timothy SOnly thing I have a problem with is the ramps not being removable. Someone is gonna get into some serious danger with the ramps staying so low to the ground. Other than that it was all in all okay service
