If the next customer returns the truck before the time, they should not be charged extra for hours they did not have it. Also, the phone number does not work and no one has answered my email about compensating me for the unused hours.

Van had the lights of Check Engine and Check Oil on. At another locations I had received the vehicles with enough gas, probably full tank, ut was not like that in this case This place was not really an UHaul location, it was a garage with tiny office, hard to talk to the employee because they only have a window that he opened like 1/4th of the window to talk. I asked for supplies and the guy said that his boss was out of tien and they didn't have any. When I returned the van, I asked some questions to the attendant but he said that he didn't know anything. It was just a weird place.

Better costumer service. Gentleman who passed me the key in the morning, was rushing me to come and pick up the truck as soon as I can. He also threatened me that he will leave the location if don't show up sooner. Overall, good equipment, but poor customer service. Next time I will use Penske. A little more expensive, bit way more serious.

I was debited twice. I got a receipt for a debit of N156,44 but was also debited $133,66 with no receipt. This should be reviewed and reversed

Not their fault but I was charged extra. They based their charge off the incorrect paperwork from the Albany location. They did not check the vehicle in front of me or tell me there was a charge before I left.

Basic courtesty is severely lacking. The gentleman I returned with didnt' speak a word, I stood there waiting for ten minutes before finally asking, "do you need anything more from me?" And he just said "you can leave."

The 2 people works in the office are so rude and they was ko interested on help. Other think is I select 10 miles when I rent the car but I'm sure I don't drive the 10 miles and this is the first time you didn't return the money for that.

Communication when dropping off. Just a little more information because I wasn't sure if i was to return from my phone or if you guys were helping, they just took the truck and I heard nothing back, then the invoice had the wrong dates on it.

i left the vehicle at 9pm. worker said i do not have to do anything else. camera shows i left the vehicle. why would i have to be charge extra.

They were terrible! I had to wait almost an hour before they pulled the truck out for me and they also told me not to fill out mileage /gas/ condition of the truck in the Uhual app which was my first red flag. Upon returning he told me I didn't need to sign any thing and couldn't offer me a receipt. I checked my account the next day and found out they charged me for 2 days not 1 and also added coverage which I opted out of. Terrible terrible customer service! Will never go again

The person at that location (Dominican) whose name I don't remember. When we arrived, he greeted us with a bad attitude, sat in a chair (almost lying down), and took our information from there. He changed my reservation because I wanted to return the trailer at a different location (Woodside), and he switched it to return at the same place I picked it up. As a result, I was charged for an extra day of rental because I didn't know they had changed the drop-off location, and by the time I got to the correct place, I had already missed the deadline. Very poor service; I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

Horrible management. Spoke with U-Haul and they said this location is new and they have a small staff with some being untrained. The manager, Dennis, doesn't pick up phone calls for his employee working at the location and doesn't want to talk to customers. So you really can't do anything since the manager doesn't pick up and explain what the problem is. I waited an hour and a half at the location after making my reservation far in advance which put me behind schedule. There is little to no service there making any troubleshooting within the U-Haul app or on browser. Checking out was also longer than usual due to this lack of service.

Poorly Managed Dropped off at 10 Am Sunday. Contract wasn't closed until Monday that I had to show up personally. Than the guy put on contract that I dropped off vehicle at 6: 55 pm with less gas than I got it which he was proved wrong. But I was still charged an xtra day place sucks STAY AWAY

My car got moved to a different location 20 minutes before I picked it up, so I was already on the way to the other location
