AMANDA MBeing charged $95 for using a U-Haul dealership nearby due to a change of plans is a criminal! I plan to contact headquarters and get a refund! I will be making a post about this on social media! Ridiculous!

TERRY FService was fantastic and pick-up went smoothly. I do recommend that they tell people more about the drop off location. Our instructions were to sweep out, park it and dump keys in box. We barely caught that you had to do some check-in when we delivered to drop-off location or pay another fee. You have to go to some app and take pics, plus fill in some information.

Kenneth S1. The gas was at 9/16 not the 10/16 = 5/8 on the computer. 2. The mirrors did not stay as adjusted. Once the truck started moving the mirrors moved so could not see side of truck which made it dangerous on road and upon backing. Jesse K Hyder

Terrell LWhen we first tried to reserve it would say we were at this location and then would switch in the last step of our reservation to a location 20 miles away. Not sure why because our location had our product in stock.

He rented me what was available (larger than I needed) but a smaller truck came in before I left and he graciously rented that one to me. I will definitely use their service again in the future.

Joyce RI selected "no" for clean equipment, above. It wasn't filthy, but the cab especially could have used a sweeping out. The service was prompt and friendly. I would use this location again if the need arises.
Kirby BYour website reservations SUCK with a captital SUCK. We twice reserved trucks to be told days later "they're not available". That's a fine how do you do for someone already stressed out by a move. Thankfully this location had a truck available that your online site didn't know about I guess. Fix your damn site.
jeffrey AVery good people here. Truck was fine transaction was fast. My personal car had a muffler issues and the store worker took time to find some wire to help me solve my issues and get me and my car home. That's the kind of people I would got out of my way to do.business with again.
