Good service here, they tried to help me out here, but unfortunately U-Haul was committed to ripping me off, and the local guy couldn't help.

First of all the AC did not work had to immediately put in service request took like 2 hrs to arrive another hour and a half to service it, with gas running while time

Upon return of the U-Haul the app told me I had to pay $26 for gas even though I returned it with the same gas I received actually more than what I got it

8 years of being a customer, not once did I have a problem. Customer service was amazing. The place was very secured. This is a place I will recommend to anyone in need of storaging vehicles, big rigs, mobile home and etc.

Cab was dirty even tho the gentleman who helped me with my reservation told me that if I brought the truck back dirty I would receive a extra fee. The ac cut on and off. The vehicle also didn't seem like it's been serviced in a while. I felt a loss of power and could barely accelerate without holding up traffic.

Working with Deanna, the owner of the storage facility, was excellent. She was very helpful and informative. This location serves the Downtown Stockton establishments very well.

Great service. My reservation was cancelled and the lady at the front was able to assist me that very moment. Definitely made a possible stressful situation much better.

On Tuesday, July 16, I made reservations for a one-way 15 ft rental from the Tam O Shanter location in Stockton to Sacramento for 4:30 pm. The following day, I received a phone call from the scheduling desk informing me that my reservation had been switched to the Charter Way location. Later that same day, I received another call, this time switching my reservation to the 8th st location. I decided to contact the 8th st location at 3 p.m. to verify the accuracy of my reservation. The person I spoke with mentioned that he was about to leave work and, that no one else was available to assist with U-haul reservations. When I asked for his name, so that I could check with my movers and call back, he refused to provide it, and said, "why do you need it". Feeling uneasy about the situation, I contacted the reservation number to explain what was happening. The clerk suggested another location and I suggested getting a return rental since I was having issues with the one way rental. The clerk scheduled me to the El Dorado location. However, upon checking with the El Dorado location, I was informed that the 15 ft rental had already been reserved for someone else prior to my pick up time. Dispporinted and frustrated by the lack of communication and multiple changes, I decided to file a dispute for the reservation. I have always used the Tam O Shanter location without any issues in the past, and I feel entitled to reimbursement for the inconvenience caused by the constant rescheduling, and the inability to use the original one-way reservation as planned. In conclusion, I am seeking reimbursement for the trouble I have faced and the additional expenses incurred due to double scheduling and the inability to use the one-way reservation as originally intended on Tuesday, July 16.

U-Haul is the best it was very reasonable price and the truck was wonderful and the lady that checked me in, she was great very nice very professional and I will use uhaul for all my moving.

Sketchy area. Attendant was pushy about leaving at 5. Insisted trailer lights worked when they didn't (intermittent problem). Closed while I troubleshot problem.

When I arrived the man to return the vehicle, the man said I didn't have a vehicle rented out there and that I must be giving him the wrong name. I returned the vehicle with more gas than when I received it and the man still charged me for 2 gallons of gas. He also accused me of returning the vehicle late when I actually returned the vehicle an hour and a half earlier than my 6 hour rental. Terrible, terrible customer service and terrible experience. Will never rent from this place again.

I would go back there for all my rent needs .. the lady that helped me was great . very fast to get in and out and she knew what truck was best for my needs .she knew what size had the ramp and . gave me a price that was just about perfect when I bring the truck back she had the price so close to my miles .. I like going to such a honest place and She was very nice and always had a smile as we was helped..

We rent several trucks a month for our business deliveries and they are NEVER cleaned. The last one we rented had a discarded half eaten pizza in the back and the dashboard was covered with food crumbs and drips from beverages. And it STUNK! We had to thoroughly clean and disinfect the back before we loaded our merchandise.

STOCKTON CA. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD GOOD SERVICE! HOWEVER, WE ORIGINALLY RENTED IN MANTECA CA. OFF OF SOUTH MAIN STREET. WHEN WE ARRIVED THEY GAVE US A TRUCK WITH A BROKEN WINDOW AND A MISSING MIRROR. NOBODY CHECKED THE TRUCK BEFORE WE ARRIVED! SO, WE HAD TO CANCEL OUR RENTAL AND RENT A TRUCK IN STOCKTON. MANTECA DIDN'T HAVE ANYMORE 15 FT TRUCKS. MANTECA WAISTED OUR VALUABLE TIME AS WE WERE ON A TIME SCHEDULE AND WE FEEL WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPENSATED FOR IT. IT WAS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE TRUCK BEFORE WE ARRIVED AND THEY DIDN'T WHICH CAUSED A MESS. WE THOUGHT IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WE WAITED AT LEAST 30 MINS OR MORE. WE WERE LUCKY STOCKTON CA. HAD ANOTHER 15FT. TRUCK BECAUSE IF THEY DIDN'T THEN WHAT? WHEN WE DROPPED THE 15 FT. TRUCK OFF IN OAKLEY CA. WE WAITED AT LEAST ANOTHER 30 MINS. OR MORE BECAUSE THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND HE COULDN'T GIVE US A RECEIPT RIGHT AWAY. THE GUY DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. WE ORIGINALLY CHECKED OUT A DOZEN OF TOWELS FROM MANTECA CA. BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED IN STOCKTON THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY TOWELS SO WE RECEIVED A CREDIT. SO, OVERALL, OUR EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL WAS NOT GOOD!

Staff had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was dreading renting from Uhaul having heard many horror stories from other people. It was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The young man that took care of me being 73 years old moving to a senior living he was excellent. My son commented on how helpful he was as well. With the way things are today it is so nice to see a young man striving for his future and having great customer service he's the bomb thank you so much

Uhaul needs to make sure they put a dolly in the truck especially when you paid for it. They should have the truck ready to go with a dolly. I had no dolly thanks to the uhaul team. I was too far to go back and get one..

Customer service from lady that runs the storage facility is severely lacking. I asked if I had any free miles, and was told he couldn't do that. Seems like the thing that matters is the he dollar.

Stockton Secured Storage Facility is absolutely an awesome storage facility. I had my boat stored there and that storage facility is awesome. I had transferred my boat there from public storage on west lane because low lives kept stealing stuff from my boat and I wasn't able to sleep at night. Then I found this place. As soon as I spoke to Deanna I knew I brought my boat to a safe secured place. Deanna is an absolute sweet heart, wonderful human being. Everyone who works there is very nice, good people. The people that work there are high class and very nice people. The only reason why I took my boat out of there is because I bought a house with enough room to store my boat. I give this storage and everyone who works there 5 stars. for number one.
