The keys were in the wrong drop box so double check they are in the correct place in the future. I was late getting where I was going. To my parents memorial service. So it was actually important I was on time. I was rushed the entire day after that being from out of town. I do understand mistakes are made. I should have checked before starting the process as well before realizing after almost completing it and having to start over.

There is no parking and only one 20ft truck. It would be very convenient to have other sizes to choose from.
