Steven CWas not experienced and honestly non professional. Needed dolleys and never got any from other locations. I asked about discount, and I understand not being charged for them but still for the inconvenience should have received a discount.
Kyle MThe customer service was not good. We were asked multiple times to let the gas station 'customers' go in front of us. Though we did buy gas for the Uhaul Truck at their gas station. The clerk made us feel like an inconvenience for renting and returning the truck, and she did not seem interested in learning how to work the system when the Uhaul staff was there to teach her.
